Greenpeace and Animals Asia turn up in support for Vali ohm’s environmentally inspired album ‘Fragile Earth’

On a day to celebrate and bring awareness for the new Vali ohm album – Fragile Earth. Danny Jackson (Founder) and Paul Antonio (Bass player) of Vali ohm where joined by Fiona Osler of Animals Asia and Graham Thompson of Greenpeace, for an event held on July 18 outside the head office of Greenpeace London N1.

The new album is entitled Fragile Earth for good reason, according to the promoter. It endeavors to through light on three subjects.

Environmental affairs, animal welfare issues and aquatic preservation. Danny Jackson wrote the album over a period of eighteen months.

He said on the day “I am so happy that Greenpeace have rallied to the course and allowed us to use their head office as a back drop. It makes everything seem so worth while to get the proverbial pat on the back from such an amazing organization; it far out reaches all expectations.

One of the tracks on the album is called – Break the Chains. This was written because one night I was sitting at home watching TV when an animal welfare award show came on. It was at that point I found out about Jill Robinson and Animals Asia. If somebody had told me then that I would be standing outside Greenpeace today with a representative of Animals Asia helping to promote this incredible organization I would have laughed in disbelief. However, here I am and so is Fiona Osler (Animals Asia). It really has been an educational and cultural eye opener to have Fiona here and tell us more about AA. Anybody who claims to love animals really should take a look at what Animals Asia is doing and if possible support them. Evan if it is only for just one year. To know that we can all help save a bear from a life of torture and pain is an incredibly rewarding thing to do. It is great that Fiona is here and I would like to thank for so much for coming.

Any record labels that would be interested in releasing Fragile Earth or if you would like to find out more about Vali ohm. You can visit the website at www.valiohm.com you can also find out about other organizations that Vali ohm support such as Sea Shepherd and The Wild Life Trust.
